Pavel Dušek, Lucie Rosická – Contemporary Istanbul 2025

Following on from last year's successful participation in the Contemporary Istanbul fair, this year we will be presenting works by artists from the youngest generation, Pavel Dušek and Lucie Rosická, in the former shipbuilding docks. The works of these two artists stand out for their unconventional technical execution, in which they experiment with structure, surface, and unexpected combinations of materials. In the case of Pavel Dušek, these materials include concrete, iron, acrylic, and velvet, while Lucie Rosická excels in the processing of textiles in the form of quilting—she stitches velvet or satin with intimate themes from everyday life.
